The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, providing helpful recommendations and even reaching out ahead of time to ensure a smooth arrival.

The lack of individual temperature control in the room. We had to leave the windows open to cool the room down, but this led to some noise from the lively bar outside and even a trash truck in the early hours.

As business guests, we were impressed by the excellent facilities and amenities offered at Aurum. the staff provided a professional approach to communication and were extremely helpful. the central location, just minutes away from the lakes, was ideal. the suites were the best accommodations we experienced in Italy, with their classy and creative design. Aurum exceeded our expectations on all levels.
